Shipping Policy

If you choose to pay via credit card on our website, we must wait 14 business days for the payment to clear before shipment. If you’d like to pay via PayPal, we will be able to ship the item as soon as the payment clears, which is usually within 2 business days.



We provide free, insured, domestic shipping. We may ship via USPS or FedEx depending on the value of the order.


Please note: Heavier, larger and fragile items which require special shipping and handling will usually, but not necessarily, say so in the item description. There will be a shipping charge on these items. Please contact us to find out what the shipping and handling costs for these special items will be. You can also come and collect your item from our location if you live locally.


Continental Coin and Jewelry may not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes under certain conditions. Please contact us to check if your order is eligible.


We will require signature confirmation for all of our orders. If you are unavailable for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee. Call 1-877-846-5301 and a consultant will arrange this for you.


We can only ship to addresses other than the billing address of your credit card if you checkout with PayPal. Please add an alternate or gift address to your PayPal account before checkout, and make sure you select the correct one when you do checkout. We cannot change the shipping address after the order is completed in PayPal.

If you are located outside of the United States, you will have to pay for shipping. We will try to ship to your country, but depending on current trade regulations, we may not be able to. Please contact us so we can get you a quote on shipping to your country. Please note all international buyers will be responsible for the full customs and duties fees on their order.


If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
